What You Will Do
- Lead the execution and optimization of complex search programs, ensuring marketing activities align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on account management across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and others while fostering professional growth.
- Shape creative and messaging strategies that align with Google best practices and meet client objectives.
- Define advanced strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structures, targeting, and display networks, driving scalable growth for clients.
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance, providing actionable cross-channel recommendations to maximize revenue and ROI.
- Inspire and motivate teammates, serving as a leader and mentor while fostering collaboration and innovation across the SEM team.
- Drive adoption of PMG's proprietary technology platform, Alli, integrating its capabilities into client accounts and sharing insights for its continued development.
- Lead PMG-wide search training initiatives, sharing expertise and supporting departmental growth and innovation.
- Integrate technical solutions, tailoring custom strategies to address client-specific challenges and deliver impactful results.
- Manage and develop a team of SEM professionals, deploying resources strategically to maximize individual potential and client outcomes.
