Purpose Of This Position:
At Perfect My Home (PMH), we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a creative flair, and a proven history of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. This role will oversee all marketing activities, from brand management to market research and execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.)
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all campaigns and initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Keep website information fresh and up to date with current pricing.

- Performs other duties as directed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have at least seven (7) years of experience in marketing strategies. Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and data analytics is essential. The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects. The role would require someone that is a creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Additionally, familiarity with graphic design and web development is preferred.

Special requirements:
A valid Oklahoma Class "D" Operator's License is preferred (or ability to get to and from work).
Safety:
The employee shall be knowledgeable about and follow PMH’s safety policies and procedures. Employees should immediately report (i.e., during current shift) any accidents, unusual occurrences, or any other safety-related issues to the immediate supervisor.
Work Environment:
This position will be located in our corporate office to allow a collaborative and supportive work environment. The role is expected to maintain regular attendance at work and is consistently on time. Normal office hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm. Work hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required. This includes any approved adjustments to work hours arranged for necessary outreach events.

PMH offers a competitive salary and benefits package. This position will have the opportunity for training and professional development. The position will be considered an exempt (salaried) position and the pay will be based on the employee’s qualifications and experience. The minimum starting wage range is $60K and depending on experience as a salaried, exempt role.
