*Job Description*
We are looking to fill a fulltime position for an office assistant within a busy property management company. We need someone who is very well spoken, mature, has a great attitude, hard working, dependable, organized and is a fast learner (bilingual is preferred). As the first point of contact with our customers, this position requires that one have excellent communication skills and can relay information thoroughly and completely to customers and other staff members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Responsibilities*
- Answer phones, greet customers, relay rental unit information
- Confirm/schedule showing and appointments
- Data Entry and clerical work
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail/track postage
- Accept payments, assist customers with their accounts/information
- Respond to all email/call inquiries
- Run errands, bank deposit, post office etc.
- Filing
- Working with utility companies
- Any other tasks deemed necessary by management
*Qualifications/Requirements*
- Honest, trustworthy and reliable
- Strong computer/software skills (Microsoft Office and Excel), Internet savvy
- Proficient in data entry
- Excellent verbal/written skills able communicate clearly and effectively
- Customer service skills, friendly, professional and flexible
- Ability to assist in any area of need
- VERY STRONG organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment
- Must be able to multitask
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
