Leadership Trainee – Job Description
Job Title: Leadership Trainee
Supervisor: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
The Leadership Trainee is responsible for understanding company operations through hands-on training, research projects, problem-solving initiatives, and active participation in policy and procedure development. This individual will rotate through various roles within the company, gaining valuable insight into different departments and leadership functions. The Leadership Trainee will work closely with company leadership, shadowing key personnel and contributing to projects that drive the company forward.
Training will take place in San Antonio, where the trainee will be immersed in the company’s culture and operational strategies. The Leadership Trainee must be prepared for placement at any of the company’s seven locations, where they will take on a leadership role and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

Requirements
- A passion for learning and leadership.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales/Accounting/CRM software.
- Strong communication skills.
- A self-motivated, team-first attitude.
- Ability to spend time bending or twisting the body, kneeling, crouching, stooping, or crawling. Making repetitive motions, sitting and standing, using your hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls, walking or running.
- Capability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
- Lifting ability up to 50 lbs.
