Responsibilities
Facilitate day-to-day operations of client community associations, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating and facilitating meetings, and maintaining records.
Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Implement policies, procedures, and rules.
Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensure financial stability, and provide accurate financial reporting to the board of directors.
Collaborate with the board of directors to establish strategic goals, develop long-term plans, and execute initiatives that enhance the community's appeal and value.
Supervise and coordinate community maintenance activities ensuring a well-maintained environment for residents.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices related to community management and proactively implement changes to improve operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Reading comprehension.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
Proficiency in using software applications such as Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and Teams).
