Key Responsibilities:
- Assess each customer’s needs to offer personalized solutions that emphasize the benefits of our services and products
- Gather customer information, analyze their needs, and propose potential services to management
- Support team objectives by contributing to overall office success
- Cultivate customer loyalty through active listening, resourceful problem-solving, and an in-depth understanding of our clients' offerings
- Communicate with empathy and sincerity while efficiently processing orders
- Utilize resources and customer service techniques to identify tailored solutions, anticipating needs to ensure first-contact resolution
- Achieve and surpass performance metrics set by Senior Management, which include customer satisfaction scores, sales targets, quality standards, compliance adherence, and productivity goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or active enrollment preferred
- Demonstrated success in customer service and consultative sales
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively within the Business Account team to achieve shared goals
