Project Management Institute (PMI) is a global non-profit association dedicated to advancing the profession of project management. The PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter (PMI-SFBAC) is one of the largest PMI chapters with a membership base of over 3000 members and still growing. The chapter is led by volunteers. Some of the chapter activities include, but are not limited to: organizing events, regional seminars, and certification programs. Members of PMI-SFBAC enjoy the benefits of participating in exciting events, meeting new peers, and sharing knowledge and expertise.
The Email Marketing Manager is a role within the Marketing Department.
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create events on the chapter's website
- Create email campaigns for events, newsletters, complementary events and any ad hoc requests
- Work with event lead to review the event entry and email campaigns- once approve, schedule email campaigns
- Download and provide the participant list to the event lead
You will work in partnership with the rest of the marketing team, which includes support in graphic design, video, and social media.
