Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am -5pm
Compensation : Negotiable based on experience / fair market value

Corporate Quality Assurance Manager- Plastic Injection Molding
Job Summary : At Plastic Molding Manufacturing (PMM), the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager oversees all quality department activities company-wide, including inspection and audit processes. Their primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with the quality system and meet customer requirements and expectations. Additionally, they develop and report quality metrics for all stages of manufacturing, from purchased materials through customer receipt. The Corporate Quality Assurance Manager supervises, trains, and empowers inspectors, quality technicians, quality engineers, and managers, companywide. Additionally, this individual is responsible for training the entire corporation in quality assurance and total quality management, ensuring consistent standards and practices across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise quality assurance at all four (4) PMM US plants
- Manage and oversee the ISO Registration process.
- Develop Training and Procedures.
- Train and disseminate uniform quality standards across all four (4) PMM US plant locations, ensuring consistency company-wide.
- This individual will be responsible for implementing training standards throughout the entire organization, promoting total quality management.
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with the quality system.
- Develop and implement quality metrics to track performance at various manufacturing stages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
- Train and mentor inspectors, quality technicians, and quality engineers.
- Ensure adherence to all established PMM quality standards.
