Senior IT Project Manager - Construction Projects

Overview :

Join an innovative team as a Senior IT Project Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in leading the IT aspects of multiple large-scale Casino construction projects across various states. This role offers the flexibility of 100% remote work but may require occasional travel to construction sites.

Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Take charge of planning, executing, monitoring, communicating, and closing phases of IT Construction Projects.
• Template Creation : Develop a reusable project plan for future construction and IT implementation initiatives, including the organization and distribution of all project artifacts.
• Supervision : Provide essential oversight and support to the IT Project Management team.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with key stakeholders such as senior leadership, IT staff, construction teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Resource Allocation : Efficiently coordinate and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of project milestones while managing project teams, budgets, and timelines.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks or issues that may affect the quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Communication : Facilitate effective discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution with team members and stakeholders, removing any blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all project deliverables comply with regulatory requirements and meet high-quality standards.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including status reports, progress metrics, and performance evaluations.
• Vendor Management : Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure all project requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
