Position Summary :
The Advertising Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Client Success, Media Investment and Paid Media teams in the planning, execution, and optimization of budgets to drive business objectives. This position involves analyzing data, conducting research, and providing insights to assist the Advertising Services Department to maximize ROI. The Advertising Services Coordinator collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and to drive continuous improvement in media performance.
A successful Advertising Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy, contributing directly to the overall success of the company.
Essential Functions :
Tracking and Reporting
- Assist in budget tracking reinvestment, and invoice management for client investment allocation across Advertising Services.
- Manage reporting for the Advertising Services team, including spot count, daypart count, competitive, posting analysis, TV buy summaries, and competitive, among other key reports that highlight key metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
- Assign ISCI codes for TV and radio spots.
- Maintenance of media buying platform to ensure accuracy and data integrity, including creating estimates, freezing estimates, and transmission of estimates to Vendors.
- Facilitate Local Service Ads Calls for Paid Media Team
- Facilitate Ghost Call for Client Services Teams
