Job Summary:

As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. In this hands-on, field-based position, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tires, utilizing your specialized technical skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair tire-related issues

- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and alignment services

- Install new tires and ensure proper inflation and tread depth

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 year of experience as a Field Technician or in a similar automotive role

- State Certification required

- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions:

This position involves working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You may be required to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods. Safety is of the utmost importance, and you will be provided with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $25 hr based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
