About the Role
The Product Innovation Analyst role sits within the Product Innovation Office of PMSI. This team is primarily responsible for delivery against enterprise growth and client experience goals. We turn ideas into realities! The Analyst role is primarily responsible for managing enterprise-level projects that bridge new product development with business strategy and client delivery. This role requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong analytical capabilities, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. In this role, you will conduct new product research and work hand-in-hand with our technology team to design future solutions for our clients. You will play a key part in managing new client integrations, driving data-driven decision-making, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage data analytics and research tools to gather and analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive insights.
- Develop written communications that effectively convey new concepts across various audience levels and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps and prioritize delivery based on strategic goals.
- Assist in the management of enterprise-level prioritization from planning to execution.
- Primary project management leader for new client integrations.
- Support enterprise-level project management as needed.
- Prepare detailed technical and business requirements to facilitate the product development lifecycle.
- Support various enterprise-level strategic initiatives as needed.
- Support the creation of new market content, thought leadership, and brand development collateral.
- Key client-facing leader responsible for delivering the PMSI client experience.
Qualifications
· Intellectual curiosity with a commitment to client experience is a key component of this role!
· Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Cognitive Science, or Industrial Design.
· 5-7 years of experience in product analysis, product design, or client delivery/project management, (preferably managing enterprise-level projects).
· Some level of external client-facing consulting experience is preferred.
· Demonstrated experience leading successful client-facing meetings, product demonstrations, and multi-stakeholder working sessions.
· Strong proficiency in Powerpoint, Agile, JIRA, MS Project/Smartsheet, and Power BI/Tableau required.
· Some level of proficiency with SQL is a plus.
