Responsibilities include but not limited to:
TRADESHOW AND MARKETING COORDINATOR OVERVIEW:
- Manage all US and World Tradeshows
- Researching, scheduling, budgeting all aspects of tradeshows, materials and attending reps
- Reserving hotels, electrical, flooring, etc for National Level Shows
- Maintain positive relationships with trade show vendors and representatives
- Support and coordinate with all sales reps and managers daily about their needs
- Prepare and ship all demo and marketing material requests (business cards, brochures) to sales team members
- Support Customer Service team when needed, answering phone calls, placing orders
- Compile daily sales reports and issue weekly to field managers
- Coordinate new hire training – schedule all new reps itinerary, flights, hotels, etc
- Assist in the planning and execution of (2) full-company events each year
- Support the creation of various corporate events including but not limited to, anniversaries, birthdays, luncheons, etc
- Set up all training materials for sales meetings (new reps, annual meetings, etc)
- Plan, design, create and send monthly newsletters
- Work with Marketing team on new marketing materials/brochures
- Maintain demo product stock and materials in an organized and functional manner
- Assist with R&D projects, market research requests, literature searches
REQUIREMENTS OF THE TRADESHOW AND MARKETING COORDINATOR:
- Bachelors or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years marketing experience
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Self-starter, persistent, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50lbs (mannequin box, demo box, etc)
- Ability to stand/walk 10-15%
- Ability to travel 2-3/times a year
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
