What are the responsibilities and job description for the Captain position at PMTD Restaurants?
As a Cleaning Captain, you will be responsible for daily cleaning of the interior and exterior of the restaurant :
- Review, maintain, and update logs on cleaning completed
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment as outlined
- Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality
Requirements
- Good personal grooming
- Good communication skills
- Stand up for 8 hours
- Able to lift 35-50 pounds and carry up to 30 feet
- Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous
- Bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Arrive at work on time
- Flexible scheduling
- Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment (including fryers, ovens, etc.)
- Able to push / pull up to 90 pounds up to 30 feet
- Adheres to company / city / state / USA safety requirements
- Knowledge of and compliance with policies and processes
