The Area Manager will oversee multiple NuTeeth locations, driving operational efficiency, patient experience, and business growth. This role requires a strong leader with experience in multi-site management, team development, and sales performance . The Area Manager will work closely with office managers, clinical teams, and regional leadership to ensure each practice meets and exceeds performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support multiple NuTeeth locations, ensuring each practice operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional patient experience.
- Train, coach, and mentor office managers and teams to optimize operational workflows and sales performance.
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and case acceptance rates, implementing action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical and sales teams to enhance patient consultation processes and increase treatment conversions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational protocols.
- Work closely with doctors, treatment coordinators, and support staff to drive a cohesive team culture.
- Identify growth opportunities within each practice and develop strategic plans to increase revenue and patient satisfaction.
- Travel regularly to NuTeeth locations to provide on-site leadership and support.
