As a Mobile Branch Transportation Specialist / CDL Driver Lead, you will be within PNC's Mobile Branch Banking organization. You will be based out of a corporate mobile unit storage facility in the greater Dallas, TX area.Candidates must demonstrate :
- working knowledge using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- responsibility for tracking hours as per DOT guidelines, planning trips,routes and coordinating travel in advance
- flexibility for moderate to frequent overnight travel and occasionalweekends
- virtual support to dedicated team of bankers who also drive these vehiclesacross the country
- prior experience conducting driver training is preferred
- could manage a fleet of 23 trucks including sprinter vans, 20ft and 30fttrucksJob Description
- Drives company vehicle and serves as authority of set up and deployment of asset. Safely and efficiently transports vehicle from one location to another. Responsible for overall operation of vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintains driving records and documents for proper filing, Including but not limited, DOT reporting. Also responsible for scheduling all vehicle maintence and repairs.
- Develops and preforms operational training for all functional aspects of the vehicle. Serves as frontline field support for onsite vehicle troubleshooting.
- WORKING CONDITIONS : Drive long distances day and night on all types of roads and in all types of weather, Exposure to noise and vibration, Exposure to dust and diesel fumes, Exposure to hazardous materials shipped and packaged under DOT regulations, Hours may vary due to operational need, Overnight stays may be required for some schedules.
- Requires access to reliable vehicle transportation and ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Additionally, requires the ability to hook-up and break-down vehicle equipment.
