Role Summary

As a full-time Regional Banker/Teller, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities. You will be part of the Regional Resource Team, based in Cheboygan, MI, to support multiple branches in PNC's Lakeshore Retail Market. Key responsibilities include managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Participating in proactive sales and service activities
• Identifying referral opportunities
• Collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet
• Positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty
• Applying product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively
• Managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits
