Job Description
- Coaches and mentors Tellers to deliver outstanding customer service and create opportunities for referral and growth.
- Processes various customer interactions, educates customers on available alternatives, and identifies banking opportunities to refer as appropriate.
- Leads by example in lobby engagement activities, connecting with customers and positioning PNC products to meet their needs.
- Cultivates clear communication skills, transaction handling, and problem resolution processes among Tellers.
- Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
