As an Accounting Specialist Senior within PNC's Finance / Corporate & Institutional banking organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

Position Overview :

Join C&IB's Treasury Management team within C&IB Finance. You will be supporting a Line of Business that serves our C&IB & Small Business Clients. C&IB Treasury Management is an exciting and dynamic area of the bank as it navigates and leads rapid change and transformation of the payments industry as a whole. This position will primarily be responsible for managing and recording the Merchant services consolidated results, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation. A strong understanding of intercompany accounting is a plus. Ideal candidates are articulate, professional, have strong attention to detail, and are hands-on while working in a fast-paced and growing organization. Job Description

• Provides accounting, reporting and analytical expertise in support of a business function or business unit.
• Provides specialized accounting, financial reporting, accounting research and control oversight for the company.
• Creates accounting memoranda and various specialized reports for internal and external use.
• Completes month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities related to foreign exchange, cash management and tax, and subsidiary regulatory reporting, including preparing the appropriate audit work papers for such activities.
• Supports and assists accounting staff in the development of their professional skills.
