As a Treasury Management Officer II within PNC's Treasury Management Commercial Sales organization, you will be based in Cleveland or Akron or Columbus or Youngtown OH.
This role primarily involves working from a PNC location, with some time spent in the field or remotely at the manager's discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share, meeting relevant sales goals. Work closely with clients who require moderate risk management and have complex needs, typically under moderate supervision.
- Create and expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen their share of wallet. This includes originating, analyzing, negotiating, and documenting non-credit products and services.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating various types of risks, such as regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
- Provide insights and ideas to clients based on an understanding of their needs and financial well-being, increasing client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification.
- Maintain a network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients, expand existing ones, and enhance the client experience. Stay informed about PNC's full range of products and services and leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
