Key Responsibilities

• Process a variety of customer interactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers
• Educate customers on available financial products and services, identifying opportunities to promote PNC's offerings
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires a strong understanding of banking principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in their work.

• High school diploma or equivalent
