Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
- Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and have a deep understanding of PNC's products and services.
Requirements:
- An Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
