As a Loan Credit Workout Analyst within PNC's Loss Mitigation organization, you will be based remotely in either the Central or Eastern time zones.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential workspace in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations

Job Description
Reviews the customer's income and expenses. Determines the legitimacy of the hardship and the workout options available to the customers based on bank/investor guidelines.
Reviews income, expense and available product options. Focuses on assessing the customer's qualifications in order to facilitate the appropriate action and minimize loss to the bank.
Reviews bank, investor and regulatory guidelines to ensure the account is serviced according to policy to provide a workout alternative.
Works with internal business partners as appropriate to gather information and clarify inconsistent, incorrect or missing information.
Monitors assigned work queues and work flows to ensure goals are met. Uses online systems to accurately document customer account information.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3 years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
