- Grow the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve their financial wellbeing.
- Drive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, using a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and elevate client loyalty.
- Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence.
- Apply product knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty and growth.
- Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and scrutiny to avoid loss.
