Job Description
- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet, positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
- Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position products to meet needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in daily operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
