As a Technology Engineer within PNC's Data and Automation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL.

\tSupport of IBM Business Automation Workflow
\tCollaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and
translate them into workflow solutions
\tProcess Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and
streamline business workflows
\tImplement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual
interventions
\tIntegration: Integrate IBM BAW with other systems and applications as part of
end-to-end business processes
\tCollaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure IBM BAW components
to align with specific business needs
\tEnsure the quality and reliability of workflow solutions through thorough testing
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for workflow
designs, configurations, and customizations
\tKeep documentation up-to-date with any changes made to the workflow system
\tCollaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators,
and other development teams to deliver comprehensive workflow solutions
Collaborate with peers in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions

Job Description

• Leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions. Assists with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions.
• Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives.
• May provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff.
• Provides a systematic analysis on client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered.
• Ensures quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes.
