As a Full-time Teller, you will provide personalized banking services, accurately process transactions, and develop relationships with customers to increase referrals.

Job Description

• You will deliver unique customer experiences that improve financial well-being and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• You will identify opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and refer them to branch staff as needed.
• You will engage with lobby customers, position PNC products to meet their needs, and educate them on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• You will apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• You will adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensure efficient and accurate teller and branch operations.
