As a Business Analysis Staff Manager within PNC's Commercial Lending organization, you can sit in Brecksville, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Kalamazoo, MI or other PNC footprint locations.

Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.  Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

Business Analysis Staff Manager will lead multiple teams supporting Commercial Lending and Leasing Operations (CLLO) related to crisis and production support. These teams and functions are support CLLO’s critical business functions as they are disrupted. Business Analysis Staff Manager will be expected to show leadership ability in driving these teams to influence appropriate outcomes by proactively and reactively addressing these continuity gaps. The teams Business Analysis Staff Manager will be responsible for leading are:

Production Response Team - A team of highly skilled individuals to provide time sensitive production, quality, or risk related support to critical businesses within Commercial Lending Operations (CLO).
Key responsibilities of team include:
• Staff augmentation to support BAU volume surges or unexpected attrition
• Project support
• Enhancement input based on cross-team experience

CLLO Business Continuity Team - Ensures teams within CLLO are prepared to implement resiliency plans when crisis scenarios occur. Proactively address continuity risks with the business and service partners.
Key Responsibilities of team include:
• Central point of contact for business disruptions
• Communicates impacts to all stakeholders
• Coordinates response plans to necessary business partners until disruption is resolved
• Works with BRU owners to enhance and maintain action plans

Job Description

• Oversees the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of client requirements in business and/or technical processes and approaches.
• Supervises business analysts in the collation and articulation of business and/or IT requirements.
• Liaises with stakeholders on the establishment of business and/or IT project expectations and priorities to support business processes.
• Consults on business cases, referring to the project's scope, objectives, budget, schedule and risk assessment while considering how these aspects integrate with other business and/or IT operations.
• Oversees business and/or IT project metrics and processes to ensure that all client requirements are fully met.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3 years of industry-relevant experience. An operations or production environment position typically requires 2 years of previous managerial experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
