Pay Range: A SEO Strategist base salary starts at $55,000/yr, and can go as high as $70,000/yr within the US for example, we pay market pay for the specific country that you are based out of.

We're looking for an SEO Strategist to join Pneuma’s rapidly growing team. As an SEO Strategist, you will become the point-person for a percentage of our clients from ideation through execution. You will be not only executing on internally documented SEO strategies, but also keeping clients informed by communicating our results regularly.

In any given day you will be fielding questions from your Client Success Managers (who interface with the clients to present strategy and performance), facilitating internal deliverables from our talented copywriting team, as well as working to ensure the full delivery of the strategic vision we’ve set up for the client.

A successful SEO campaign involves a lot of moving pieces! You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring all deliverables are timely, quality, and aligned with the overarching strategy that best delivers the client’s business goals.

What you'll be doing/supporting:

• Keyword Research Strategy – You’ll be executing on our proven tactics on keyword research, narrowing in on keywords that will move the needle for our client.
• On-Page Strategy – Alongside our analysts and developers, you will identify key areas for improvement in order to deliver the best on-page SEO results.
• Content Strategy / Blog Content – You will work alongside our Client Success Managers, as well as a dedicated team of writers, to build a content strategy that will drive high ROI for our clients, and see it through execution with our copywriters.
• Reporting and Analysis – You will work closely with our Analyst to digest the results of our SEO strategy, analyzing how the strategy is working and developing next steps to continue pushing the client forward (while also ensuring the Client Success Manager has weekly and monthly updates to share with the client)
• Execute SEO Strategies: While the CSM guides the overall account strategy, the SEO Strategist is responsible for executing the tactical work—such as backlink placement, content updates, and technical SEO improvements—in alignment with the client’s objectives.

What we’re looking for:

• SEO Experience: You have an understanding of SEO. Meaning, you’ve either managed or led campaigns yourself and can easily communicate the pillars of SEO!
• Customer Advocate: Your front-lines perspective will be imperative to improving the experience for our customers. You will work to continuously improve the quality of our deliverables, acting as a liaison between the customer’s vision and our execution.
