Job Description Job Description THIS COMPANY HAS A MANDATORY VACCINATION POLICY.HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATORThe HR Coordinator position assists the efforts of the company in the area of Human Resources to ensure compliance and adherence to federal, state and local legal requirements. The HR Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting department staff with specific task including, but not limited to, processing background checks, coordinating and tracking Workers’ Compensation claims, compiling reports, assisting in arranging or scheduling meetings as well as other assigned administrative tasks.Desired Skills and Experience- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience is required- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word- At least one (1) year of human resources or equivalent work experience in a fast-paced office environment is required- Ability to effectively present information in oral, written and graphic form- Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, and outside entities- Demonstrated skills in organizing and evaluating information and in proactively finding solutionsJob Description- Maintains confidential files and information at all times- Uploads and send invoices to AP for processing and approval- Complete background checks using identified processes in a timely manner- Assist with coordinating meetings for various departments- Comply with legal requirements by studying existing legislation, attending HR seminars and advising management on needed actions- Assist with employee recruitment and new hire on-boarding process- Assist with E-verification and I-9 processing- Assist with the new hire 90-day review process- Assist with annual employee reviews- Maintain benefits website, uploading and updating information as needed- Assist with employee communications and notification via HR RemindersCompany Description Headquartered in Irwindale, California, with operations in California and Arizona, for over 60 years PNG Builders been amongst the top builders in North America.
