Inside Sales Assistant
Albany based IT Solutions Company is seeking a professional and motivated individual for the position of an Inside Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. The assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team with existing accounts. This is a permanent position with growth potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting account managers/sales team on a daily basis
- Complete projects, assignments and other duties as needed to support company objectives
- Building Quotes
- Technical and Product Research
- Support customer/client requests
- Complete trainings and certifications paid for by company
- Perform necessary/required office administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- 1 years of experience with IT, Computers and Peripherals
- Strong interest and desire to grow knowledge of IT and manufacturer product lines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ambitious, dedicated, professional demeanor and strong business ethics
- Previous experience in an office or work environment, meeting deadlines, and interacting with others to complete tasks.
Preferred
- General knowledge of IT manufacturer product lines
- Familiarity with HewlettPackard Enterprise, HP Inc. and Cisco products
