Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on service lines and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Scheduling customer inbound and outbound deliveries
- Working in the WMS system
- Supporting with customer inventory

Pay Scale : $19.00- $25.00 per hour depending on experience
Benefits :
Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Monday - Friday and overtime as needed
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
