We are looking for a receptionist to join our growing team. The receptionist is responsible for answering phones and welcoming walk in guests. This person has a key role in the customer and vendor experience and ensuring that it is seamless. They are also responsible for administrative tasks and supporting other administrative roles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Greet all office guests, explain the visitor policy, and have them sign in
- Manage, clean and organize the front desk
- Collect and sort all mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
- Answer guests' and employees' questions
- Perform light scheduling and coordination of carriers
- Decorate the office for holidays
- Provide occasional tours of the office
- Support the customer service representatives as needed
- Making phone calls on behalf of office employees
- Maintaining office supplies
- Scheduling meetings for employees
- Performing other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing and maintaining of office supplies is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Putting away supplies requires bending, reaching overhead and lifting up to 10lbs on an infrequent basis.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Work Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday, overtime as required
We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $17-$21 per hour. PNW Warehousing takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay. Employees receive 100% Employee Medical, Dental, Vision premium coverage. Employees receive accrued sick time at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Additionally, employees receive 1-week paid time off annually and 6 paid holidays.
