Job Description : Sales Representative- Technology (Commission-Based)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base. This role is commission-based (20% per sale) and offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance. As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our growth by connecting with potential clients, showcasing the value of our services, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and connect with local business owners who could benefit from our website design, marketing, and branding services.
You will be responsible for cold calling to schedule appointments and sell our services to companies.
Present and explain our services to potential clients, highlighting how PNW Web Designers can meet their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on client needs and market trends.

What We Offer :

Part time at $20.00 an hour w / commission at 20 percent too.

Flexible schedule and the ability to work hybrid, must be in for in office meetings and in office 2x a week.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales, preferably in marketing, web design, or related industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
