As a Nurse Injector, you will be responsible for administering injectable treatments, conducting patient assessments, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, Xeomin, and dermal fillers to enhance patients' aesthetic appearance.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in case management and discharge planning.
- Provide education to patients regarding treatment options, potential side effects, and aftercare instructions.
- Utilize esthetic laser treatment techniques as needed for various skin conditions.
- Assist in clinic operations, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
- Perform sonography when required for specific procedures or assessments.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and participate in ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Proficient in laser treatment techniques a plus
- Experience working with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required.
- Familiarity with coding and documentation related to patient care.
- Ability to lift and assist patients as necessary during procedures.
- Understanding of aliment-related issues that may affect treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining patient records.
