MAIN FUNCTION:
- Develop and manage the execution of marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns for our markets, brands and product categories.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field.
- Ability to handle moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, demonstrate initiative and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with promotional material production (e.g., flyers, banners, digital assets) and working with graphic designers.
- Attention to detail for reviewing and editing promotional content to ensure consistency with brand standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including Public Relations, Advertising, Sales Collateral, Promotions, Special Events, Trade Shows, and Communications (internal and external).
- Assist in advertising campaigns across customer-facing platforms.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, advertising, and paid media to maximize ROI.
- Help implement and adjust multi-channel marketing strategies to promote the brand and products.
- Participate in the ideation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Assist in creating targeted advertising copy/content for specific markets or products.
- Aid in distributing promotional content across various media channels.
- Assist with acquiring and managing product influencers, endorsements, reviews, samples, and other promotional tactics to boost awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with graphics teams, marketing personnel, and other stakeholders to efficiently complete promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the PR agency to ensure maximum brand exposure.
- Maintain the product launch calendar for new items.
- Plan and manage the digital newsletter, balancing educational and sales-focused content.
- Assist in producing promotional materials like flyers, billboards, banners, and digital content.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external organizations for advertising and promotions.
- Edit and review all promotional and advertising content for accuracy and consistency with brand standards.
