Job Title : Bilingual E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist

(All responsibilities will require English to Chinese language translation)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Bilingual E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires fluency in both English and Chinese, with a focus on delivering excellent e-commerce and digital marketing support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, maintaining an optimized user experience, and ensuring seamless communication across platforms and languages.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management:

  • Provide daily customer support across various channels (chat, email, phone) by addressing product inquiries and resolving technical issues on the Shopify platform.
  • Design and create promotional banners, homepage elements, and other marketing collateral using Canva.
  • Assist with order fulfillment tasks, including printing invoices, packing orders, and updating tracking information as needed.
  • Regularly update and enhance e-commerce product listings, ensuring that product descriptions, meta fields, attributes, and images are accurate and optimized.

Digital Marketing and Strategy:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aimed at driving site traffic and improving conversion rates, including managing weekly email campaigns using Klaviyo, optimizing SEO, and enhancing customer loyalty programs.
  • Formulate and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LittleNote, WeChat, and others.
  • Collaborate with external brand partners to ensure the timely and on-brand delivery of digital assets and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the sales team to plan and execute monthly and seasonal promotions and discount initiatives.

Website and Content Management:

  • Conduct regular website maintenance, including app updates and content optimizations.
  • Ensure product listings are updated with accurate descriptions, SEO tags, ALT text, and meta descriptions (with English-Chinese translations).
  • Generate and manage reports and data insights using tools such as Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Excel, and present key trends to the team to inform decision-making.

Advertising and Analytics:

  • Oversee and manage the Google AdWords account to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, sources, and user engagement, with weekly and monthly reports.

Additional Duties:

  • Support other tasks as needed to ensure the seamless operation of e-commerce and digital marketing activities.

Language requirements:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin). Cantonese proficiency is a plus.

Visa Sponsorship:

  • H-1B visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
