Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our customers have a memorable visit. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and have experience in food service environments, particularly in fast-paced settings such as nightclubs or restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Assist in sanitizing tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently while providing accurate change to customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong upselling skills with an understanding of culinary offerings.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments such as busy restaurants.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Pay: $15.74 - $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
