What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at POACRE?
Chesapeake Ranch Estates is seeking a Maintenance Worker for routine maintenance, mowing and trash pickup of the community. The qualified person must have experience with general repairs, painting, plumbing, light electrical work, equipment maintenance, building maintenance and cleaning, and the ability to use a walk behind mower and trimmers.
Traffic flagging, snow removal and other manual work are part of the required duties. This is a full-time position with benefits which include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. A background check, drug testing and a clean driving record are required.
