What are the responsibilities and job description for the Road Crew Laborer position at POACRE?
Chesapeake Ranch Estates is seeking a Road Crew Laborer to assist with the maintenance of roads and amenities. The qualified person must have basic knowledge of the operation of tractors, loaders, snow removal and other equipment (proper use of chainsaws, pumps, and similar tools). Traffic flagging, other manual work is part of the required duties. This is a full-time position with benefits which include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. A background check, drug testing and a clean driving record are required.
