Job Description
As a Community Infrastructure Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall quality and safety of our properties. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting inspections to identify potential issues, and collaborating with management and vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with residents, management, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements as needed
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failure
- Collaborate with management and vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond promptly to maintenance requests
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call duties
