We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at POAH Communities. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
This role requires a strong understanding of pertinent laws, EPA, and OSHA regulations, as well as hands-on experience with maintenance and repair work. You will be expected to perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, diagnose and repair minor issues, and ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and vendors. A valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage may also be required.
