Job Summary
POAH Communities is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance and possess a valid driver's license with automobile insurance coverage. You will work closely with management and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and provide excellent customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements as needed
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failure
