Onsite Field Services Senior Technician

This position will provide technical support and assistance to end users with computer systems and related information technologies, software, and equipment. The ideal candidate should possess practical Communication skills and well-rounded technical skills to help troubleshoot various user issues with computer systems, peripherals, and software. 
Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware equipment such as printers, computers, laptops, networking devices, and peripherals.

Ensure all hardware components are set up correctly and functioning optimally.
Position will require up to 70% of travel to an IRS location/s- Candidates must be located within continental United States
 

Possess a strong technical background and proficiency in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining various hardware devices and systems. Strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities are a must
The candidate must also be able to obtain and maintain the US government security clearance for Public Rust High. 
US citizenship is required.
