- Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for project costs.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Utilize Bluebeam for document management, including reviewing plans and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
