Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a solid understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with specifications.

Duties

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, utilizing project scheduling tools to track progress.
• Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate project success.
• Prepare and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Experience

• Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction processes.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
