Independent Hotshot Driver
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced driver to operate a pickup truck and a 40-foot trailer. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in hotshot or similar driving roles, a clean driving record, and availability for frequent interstate travel. A CDL is not required but is highly preferred. The candidate must be proactive, possess excellent customer service skills, be capable of handling on-road situations effectively, perform basic preventive vehicle maintenance, and have basic English proficiency for essential communication during trips.
Requirements:

Conductor Independiente para Hotshot
Descripción: Buscamos conductor experimentado para manejar camioneta pick up y trailer de 40ft. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 1 año de experiencia en hotshot o manejo similar, historial limpio, y disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes interestatales. No se requiere CDL pero altamente preferida. Debe ser proactivo, con excelente atención al cliente, capaz de resolver situaciones en carretera, realizar mantenimiento básico preventivo, y contar con nivel básico de inglés para comunicación esencial durante los viajes.
