Job Description for Float Pool LPN

As a Regional Float LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
You will contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English to ensure patient safety.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
