Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical or vocational nursing
- Active licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment
- Previous experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing settings preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain current CPR/BLS certification
