About the Role
The Nursing Assistant Leader will be responsible for evaluating patients/residents, collecting data, observing condition, and reporting changes in condition under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Additionally, this role involves contributing to nursing assessments and care planning, as well as supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- You must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure is required.
- BLS/CPR certification is necessary for skilled nursing centers or may be required by the state of practice for assisted living facilities.
